The Nationwide Park is renowned for protecting the world's largest Indian one horned rhinoceros population. It also gives refuge to many different threatened animals like tigers and shelters large diversity of animals including leopards, bears, swamp deer, wild water buffalo, giant breeding inhabitants
Importance of wildlife elephants, together with 1000's of species of birds. Kaziranga was declared a National Park in 1974. The Park is open for guests for 6 months beginning from 1st November to thirtieth April.
