At the moment, lively management is required to maintain our existing grasslands. Lively administration actions may include delayed grazing (as part of rotational grazing programs) and controlling encroaching timber and shrubs via mowing or prescribed burning (achieved solely underneath the appropriate situations, insurance policies and approvals); all of which should be undertaken every three to four years and out of doors of the breeding season of grassland birds.
